In the late 80s, a star saw the light of day in Lobe Estate, Ekondo Titi Sub-Division, Ndian Division of the Southwest Region of Cameroon!
Theodore Nji “Rash Tee“, a native of Esu in Menchum Division, Northwest Region was born into a modest polygamous family of ten.
He is the second son of his mother’s three sons and was raised by his parents in a very disciplined fashion with a strong focus on respect for the Christian Religion and the culture of the land.
His passion for music will first be exhibited while he was still 13 when he started interpreting the songs of other musicians, performing before different audiences at social occasions in Wum, Divisional capital of Menchum Division, while he lived with his cousin.
He will accentuate his love for music and explore new opportunities in the art when he moved to Douala, Cameroon’s economic capital some years later.
Here, he engaged more in Rap and freestyle with other young budding talents in Douala and definitely concluded on a career in music, participating in varied musical competitions like Challenge Vacances.
It was not until when he moved to Calabar in Nigeria where he stayed for four years, that he gave shape and form to his musical dream career.
While in Calabar he commenced real business in the domain of music, with many studio records releasing his first “Supa Story” Album, and then “True Story” and many other songs.
Rash Tee currently lives and works in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates where he has not stopped releasing tracks to entertain and move his fans.
The Budding African Star just shot a video for his track “Lamba ” in Kenya which promises to be a big hit.
