Cameroonian artist Libianca has earned her first-ever RIIA Gold certification with her global single “PEOPLE”. The recently released track is now certified Gold in the US for selling over 500,000 units (0.5 million units) in the country.
Libianca stands as the 11th African artist to achieve this milestone. She joins Nigerian artists; Wizkid (2 platinum), CKay (1 platinum), Tems (2 platinum), Davido (2 gold), Burna Boy (2 gold), Fireboy (1 gold), Koredo Bello (1 gold), Rotimi (1 gold), Ayo Jay (1 gold) and Ivorian artist Afro B (1 gold).
