Tragic Incident: Yaounde 6 City Council Building Devastated by Early Morning Fire!

The capital of Cameroon, suffered a fire early this morning that destroyed the Yaounde 6 City Council building in the Acacia district. The inhabitants of Acacia, a Yaounde neighbourhood, woke up in a tragic morning today Friday, September 08th, 2023 to the fire incident.

Investigations are still going on, so it’s unclear what started the fire. Firefighters responded quickly, but despite their efforts, the fire at this significant government building proved difficult to put out.
