Zashy, born Fon Augustine is a 23-year-old Cameroonian singer, songwriter, composer under Thee 808 Nation. Introduced to the Cameroon Music scene by his mentor Sango Edi, in 2016, Zashy has proven to have a very outstanding-pen-game as proven in well-celebrated records from Cameroon such as CA IRA & IL EST LA by NABILA, CONDEMNER À VIE by WAX DEY, all written and composed by Zashy as well co-writing and composing MA VIE & FALLING by BRIANA LESLEY, to name a few. Hailing from the northwest region, ‘Batibo’, Zashy sings in French, English, and his native mother tongue. He sees music as a means of transcending emotions and a spiritual language that connects with every soul.
