It is obviously clear that X-Maleya is also the face of country; The Ongoing Anglophone crises had been raging for months now with many anglophone leaders and person arrested and jailed in Kondegui, dozens of people have died and internet was cut from English Speaking regions for more than three months now. Situations may be calmed but still critical as Ghost town continue to be practiced in North West and South West Regions.
A few Cameroonian musicians have used their influence in this recent crises, whether by posting tributes or passing messages via songs/interviews begging the Cameroonian Government to solve the anglophone problems. Notable Cameroonian Celebrities like Stephane Nembot (NFL), Magasco, Ambe, Salatiel have all voiced out thier minds in one way or another.
