Enganamouit Gaëlle Utters Desire in Coaching the Indomitable Lioness
Former Indomitable Lioness Gaëlle Enganamouit has uttered her desire in coaching the indomitable lioness. The former team captain who was involved in a homosexuality scandal has shown her desire to lead the national team.
Gaëlle Enganamouit did so in a congratulatory message to Samuel Eto’o for the awesome work done so far as Fecafoot President. Hoping she’s also given the opportunity to bring some change to the female national team.
In her own words;
“I really want to congratulate big brother Samuel for all he has done and continues to do for local football since his accession to the head of FECAFOOT. I think that, by 2025 Cameroon’s football will be at a new level, as interesting as the European championships; As far as women’s football is concerned, I have the desire to coach the women’s national team in order to bring all my expertise and my knowledge. If things go well, this with the support of my former teammates and the Cameroonian public”.
As expected, this didn’t sit well with majority of the public. Couple with the scandal surrounding her sexuality. To some, it’s insecure to leave the indomitable lioness in the hands of a homesexual.
According to Web reporter Frankline Njume, Enganamouit should rather coach the male team.
