Cameroonian Student Dies While Rescuing Drowning Girlfriend in Quebec

A Cameroonian student in Quebec – Canada has reportedly died while trying to rescue drowning Girlfrien. The 29-year-old Cameroonian student who has been identified as Timneu Feuzeu Kevin died after diving into a river to rescue his Ivorian friend by name Christelle Marielle Kouass.
According to reports, Kevin and his friend, both students at the Laval University of Quebec, Canada, were taking a walk on the Saint Charles river bridge. Christelle Marielle Kouass accidentally slipped and fell into the cold river. Kevin, who is a novice in swimming dived into the river to rescue his friend and died “heroically”.
The body of the Cameroonian has been found while the rescue team keeps searching for Christelle.
