Algeria requests to replay its match against Cameroon!

On Tuesday March 29th, Algeria lost their gateway ticket to Qatar, following their defeats. Still very bitter, the Algeria Football federation is requesting to replay its match against Cameroon.

After winning the away first leg match, Algerians were half way in the race to Qatar. But to their greatest dismay, a stunning 124th minute goal from Toko Ekambi, saw an end to that dream. And so, the Algeria Football Federation believes there were several serious refereeing errors in Tuesday’s game.

Besides, The Gazette du Fennec announces that the Algerian Football Federation, which will meet during an exceptional council this Thursday, will ask to replay the match against Cameroon.

Meanwhile the Cameroon flag has already been hosted in Quata.

Could this be a desperate attempt by Algeria, which will certainly have difficulty in succeeding???
