Manchester city’s ace and Playmaker Kevin De Bruyne is on the verge of breaking his former premiere league colleagues Frank Lampard, Cesc Fabregas, and David Silver’s records for most premier league assists. The Belgian Maestro has so far provided 92 assists in his entire premier league career.
De Bruyne currently sits at the seventh position on the list of most assists in EPL history
The Belgian International has six assists in the Premier League so far this season which makes him 1 shy of equaling David Silva’s 93 assists in his ten seasons as a Premier League player.
With the next premiere league fixture scheduled for next month against their city rivals Manchester United, De Bruyne will have the opportunity to equal or surpass his former Manchester City teammate ,David Silva’s record
De Bruyne, at the time being, still has a long way to go to beating Cesc Fabregas who holds a record of 111 assists in his playing days in the premiere league with Chelsea and Arsenal.. Fabregas who is at the moment playing for Como, orchestrated this number of assists 111 within his 12 seasons spell in the EPL.
Fabregas currently holds the honors of occupying the second position of the most assists in EPL history. He is humbled to the first position by Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs who holds a record of 162 assists during his playing time with the Red Devils
