AFRIMMA 2022: Mic Monsta, Blanche Bailly, Phillbill, Tayc, Ko-C and others grab nominations

A powerful list of Cameroonian entertainers have made their way onto the nominees’ list for the AFRIMMA 2022 Awards announced yesterday September 23, 2022.

The African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) recently released an official list featuring all of the nominees for this year’s awards. This edition is set to celebrate the stellar feats that African music artists have achieved in the past year. Crossing boundaries with music has always been the fuel behind AFRIMMA awards and the body has consistently uplifted African music on the world stage.

African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) is the sole award ceremony in Diaspora that caters to all musical genres. But not limited to Afrobeats, Assiko, Bongo, Decale, Funana, Genge, Highlife, Kwaito, Lingala and Soukous.

A powerful list of Cameroonian entertainers have made their way onto the nominees’ list for the AFRIMMA 2022 Awards announced yesterday September 23, 2022. In this light, nine Cameroonians made it to the AFRIMMA 2022 nomination list. Cutting across a wide rage of nomination category.

Cameroonian entertainers nominated for this AFRIMMA 2022 prestigious award this year are: Mic Monsta, Ko-C, TayC, Phillbill, Blanche Bailly, Asaba, Rinyu, Tenor, and Anurin Nwunembom.

Dominating the list of Cameroonian artists with the most nominations this year is TAYC with over five nominations. He was nominated for the Artist of the year, Song of the year, Best Francophone singer, Crossing boundaries with music, Best Male Artiste in Central Africa categories.
