Nigeria have recorded their biggest international victory, beating Sao Tome & Principe 10 goals to 0 at the 2023 AFCON qualification match. The Super Eagles grabbed three points against the The Falcons and True Parrots of São Tomé and Príncipe at the Grand Stade Agadir, also known as Adrar Stadium, on Monday.
Victor Osimhen, scored four goals, with three of those coming after the half-time interval during the match.
The Super Eagles kicked off their winning run against Sierra Leone 2:1 on Thursday 9 June in Abuja. Having pocketed another three points, Super Eagles are top of Group A and recorded their biggest win ever in an AFCON qualifier.
