Today marks the 32nd birthday of the Cameroon music Diva Daphne. She got into the spotlight in 2017 when she released her famous acclaimed single – Calee which has over 33 Million views on Youtube (One of the highest from any home-based Cameroonian artist). The Cameroonian Afro Pop vocalist was nominated for Balafon, Canal D’or, Afrima, and Afrimma Awards. She h as earned over 33 000 Twitter followers, and more than 3.6 million Instagram followers, and over a 2.1Million Facebook Likes.
With her beautiful vocals and dozens of hit songs, Daphne has established herself as one of the greatest urban acts of all time since breaking out in 2017. She is also known for combining glamor and beauty with soul and intelligence in her music videos bringing out a true African feminity.

2. “JUSQU’A LA GARE”
If critiques thought “Calee” success was mere luck, Jusq’a La Gare shows that there is more to Daphne than what people think. This song is Daphne’s second most viewed video on Youtube with over 26 Million Views.
3. “PROMETS MOI”
“Promets Moi” was released alongside “Jusqu’a La Gare as a Double release for the Diva, with a themed storyline. Her constant collabo with Alphabetter Records (Mr. Leo, Salatiel) has proved fruitful for her music career. Promets Moi Has over 16 Million Views on Youtube.
4. “MY LOVER”
In 2018 she releases “My Lover” as she introduces part IV of her Love letter to her fans. On her youtube, she posted If “Caleé” was the story of falling in love, then “Promets Moi” was the promise to stay in love. If “Jusqu’à la Gare” was the endurance of love, then “My Lover” is the story of love that is losing its endurance and almost falling apart.
5. “NDOLO” Feat. BEN DECCA
Last but not the least, comes Ndolo. At the time of release, many music lovers thought it was her breakthrough music until “Calee” dropped a year later. Arguably one of Daphne’s favorites of all time and highly considered a classic. Ndolo features Makossa Legend Ben Decca he smoothens the song even more.
