Below are some images of her parade at the Miami Swim suit week, on Thursday July 6th 2023.

Here is what she had to say about the event;

“My name is Cinthia Minkoumou, a  young entrepreneur, promoter of the MIC swimwear brand Cyar Swim.

After our stint last year with Flying Solo from New York, we were spotted this time by a bigger production. Indeed, the brand paraded at the world’s largest swimwear show (Swimwear Fashion Week) Miami Swim Week, by the DCSW Group production from Washington.

We are the only country selected in all of French-speaking Africa, and in view of the stats, the 3rd African country (there is Nigeria via the Ofuure brand and Liberia) I must admit that I was stressed because it was a heavy challenge to bring Cameroon back to the roof of the world. To get there I made superhuman efforts, without state support (but the Ministry of Youth has promised to do something as soon as possible), I tried to get bank loans to no avail but I’m thankful to God that I got to this level.

At our side, paraded Sports illustrated, Ofuure, Cupshe, fin The biggest names in the industry with magazines like Vogue, Elle, E, Getty Images… and buyers like Victoria Secrets, Revolve… (for what about the buyer’s fair July 8-10 )

In our case, we were interviewed this Wednesday July 5 with the famous journalist and stylist Derek Warburton (he was stylist for Beyonce, Miranda Kerr, Shawn Paul …), and our show was the next day Thursday 6 at 7:30 p.m. here at Miami and 12:30 a.m.

I tried to put everything in place to honor the country here. Moreover, even the choice of the music of our passage is that of the artist MIMIE. Since our parade, I do not hide from you that we are overwhelmed with opportunities and proposals as they say we had the best show. I met a Cameroonian there, I was so happy because I was alone there, he all had great teams and assistants but I had no one (thank God a model brother Roger met here helped me in the backstage otherwise I would lose my footing)

You will know in due time all the opportunities present when they arise. Hoping that the Cameroonian state accompanies me because in the end I have exhausted all my resources and debts, but what I have lived and is living here, I can only say thank you to God. We really hit the mark

Thanks again to you, because you have been there for me and I hope once again to have made you proud with this new achievement.”

Congratulations!! Cameroon is Proud of you
