Sakwe Marvel, a level 400 student at the University of Buea was reported dead in her room. The deceased, who had been pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English Law at UB was reported dead yesterday, 20th May, 2022. According to sources, Marvel was found lying lifeless in her room at “God’s Grace mini cite” in Molyko, Buea.
Her neighbours recounted that she was lastly seen only in the morning. As throughout the day, they presumed she was inside her house because she never came out.
All efforts to reach her on phone during the day were unsuccessful. Subsequently, her boyfriend came searching around 9:00PM on May 20th. Together with some neighbours, they forced open the door and found her dead in bed in her pyjamas.
The exact cause of her dead has not been medically ascertained, but news going around has it that s she was an epileptic patient.
