Cameroonian Reacts After Cameroon's Musicians Misses Out On BET Awards Nominations

Nigeria’s Burna Boy is being nominated for a second straight time and Congo’s Inoss B becomes second ever Congolese to be nominated (After Fally Ipupa who has been nominated twice). Nominations for the BET Awards annual event, which celebrates music, film, acting, and sports excellence by athletes and artists of color, were revealed last Monday but Yet again no Cameroonian featured on the list of nominees.
This year’s ceremony will mark the 20th anniversary of the event and BET’s 40th anniversary.
